What were the Key Takeaway Points?

Some of the key takeaway points that I got from reading this ebook is that lack of sleep is not a problem in isolation. It needs to be considered from a holistic health point of view. Different areas of your life can affect your quality of sleep, whether that be your personal life, your work life, relationships, etc.

So when considering lack of sleep issues and tiredness problems, you will need to address strategies related not only to getting a good night’s sleep but also issues related to your diet, exercise and nutrition.

This Ebook was around 130 pages in length. It provides a step by step guide to help you address your tiredness issues. It provides symptoms to look out for if you suffer from sleep problems, and from stress etc.

The tips provided in the Ebook are very practical in nature. Ie get some exercise if you don’t currently have a regular exercise schedule in place.

It touches on and explains in basic terms about what a sleep cycle is, your Circadian rhythm, the affects of exercise on your sleep, and factors to consider when creating an environment in your bedroom conducive to sleep.

Practical Sleep Exercises

It provides you with useful exercises to identify your current sleep patterns. For example, it provides a sample sleep log that you can complete. From then, you can analze your sleep log to interprete the results of your sleep patterns. This is useful data as a starting point to assess what might be going on with your sleep.

What didn’t I like about this Ebook?

I found this ebook easy to read and understand. One minor issue is that the ebook did not have a table of contents. This would be really helpful for future referencing. It is the kind of ebook that you will want to return to, as you complete each module and the different exercises contained within the modules.

Having said that, the Ebook is divided into Modules and the end of each Module does provide a recap or quick summary of the key points covered in each Module.

In terms of the lengthiness of the Ebook, the Ebook is around 130 pages. The text is widely spaced, so you could easily distill the key points from the Ebook in a much shorter format.
